Sarah Weaver specialist in parenting a highly sensitive child and Cheltenham psychotherapist

“There’s no better investment than in your family’s happiness”

As a Cheltenham Psychotherapist, Family Coach and creator of some hugely transformative online parenting courses, here’s a selection of heart warming and inspiring testimonials.

These will give you an idea of what it’s like to work with me and what can be achieved, both with my one-to-one support and online courses.

Elaine & Riley (Support Package)

Before working with Sarah we were having issues with meltdowns and problems at school.

After recently discovering the Highly Sensitive trait, I felt like I'd struck gold when I found Sarah- and that she was in Cheltenham!

Sarah was extremely easy to talk to. She listened without judgement and gave great advice to help me to understand my son and myself more. She understood, where most people have never even heard of high sensitivity.

Some of our achievements in the time with Sarah include creating a routine which has really helped. I've learnt to fully engage with my son and to spend time doing the things that he enjoys.

Making transitions is now easier for us both. I've changed the way I see things and think more about how my son sees the world, really understanding him.

I've also learnt what to do when he has meltdowns, which have greatly reduced and he can calm down much quicker. This wouldn't have been possible without my time with Sarah.

An unexpected benefit was that Sarah did not only help my son but she also helped me to understand myself better.

Having the course alongside the sessions was great, as you could go over it again and again really being able to take it in.

It's completely changed the way I approach every situation, not just with my son but the whole world around me.

I think the thing that surprised me the most was knowing that my son was not trying to manipulate me- this was an invaluable piece of information and a key part of really understanding him.

Once you grasp these new insights, you can really change the way you see your child.

I thought I had a good bond with my son but I feel I definitely have an even deeper bond with him now.

In between sessions it was really useful to be able to just message Sarah if a problem occurred,or I felt I didn't understand something.

Having that constant support was extremely helpful. For example I struggled with getting my son off his tablet one evening and was getting really frustrated. But checking in with Sarah about this situation, she gave me ideas of how to engage with him to help him transition.

It’s now so much easier to switch the tablet off in the evenings!

If you're thinking of signing up with Sarah I want you to know how friendly and supportive she is, with great and insightful advice to help with those difficult moments.

I really enjoyed the walk and talk sessions, which was my favourite aspect. Being out in the fresh air without any pressure was just a fantastic way to talk.

Sarah was really friendly and professional and she made my son feel at ease too. She helped us both to understand ourselves better and we now have a calmer household, benefitting us all!

Carrie and Daughter, (Support Package)

We decided to sign up with Sarah because we were feeling hopeless and out of suggestions and ways to help our child. A friend recommended Sarah to me, her daughter was one of Sarah's clients. We also lived very close by which was really helpful for sessions.

Sarah is incredibly personable and easy to talk to. The 'walk and talk' approach is by far the best for our child, it definitely feels less pressured and daunting than a clinic or office.

Our child was reluctant to speak openly and honestly with anyone to begin with (even us) but the sessions have created a safe space for her to talk about her feelings, worries and fears. She still has a way to go, but is definitely more communicative with us now.

Our family has benefitted as a whole in that we normalise and talk about our worries together. Also, acknowledging that ‘sitting with’ a feeling that's not necessarily a nice one, is important, and evidently essential.

We as parents have learned so much from Sarah too. We can now help her to identify her fears and feelings and use methods to cope with stressful situations before she becomes too overwhelmed.

We’ve also benefitted in the practice of finding the good things that happened to us in our day; they are always there, you just need to consciously consider them! This practice has benefitted us all.

An unexpected benefit of working with Sarah was an autism diagnosis! Suspected and suggested by Sarah. We will be forever grateful for her intuition.

The contact via WhatsApp in between sessions has been and continues to be excellent. Great response time, in depth and detailed- 10/10!

From our own experience with regards to our child's difficulties, Sarah will give you a personalised, well thought out and carefully structured plan to help your child understand themselves better.

Sarah is super friendly, empathetic and non-judgmental. It is clear that she puts a huge amount of effort and work into the preparation of each of her face to face sessions, often sowing seeds of thought for the child within the sessions.

In instances where our child has struggled to communicate during a session, a resource has been sent to us for her to complete in her own time between the sessions.

I have learned so much about my daughter, my own parenting (positives but mainly what I need to improve) and I understand her so much more now.

Our child's slowly opening up to us more and we have learned helpful language to use when we start to identify when she is heading towards overwhelm.

As such, we can more easily identify situations and environments which are not helpful for her. I definitely feel more confident in speaking up and acting as my child's advocate in this respect .

We would recommend Sarah without hesitation.

Lisa and Son (12), Scotland (Support Package)

We signed up for Sarah’s Support Package, which included parenting sessions for ourselves, as well as 1:1 sessions for our son.

Our son’s behaviour was challenging and relentless; we were constantly walking on eggshells & nothing was working. We couldn’t understand why, or what was causing him to react the way he was.

Working with Sarah we’ve managed to turn our child around, mostly by understanding his needs and adapting our own parenting skills to work for a Highly Sensitive child; this has been an absolute game changer. Our son is a happier, more content child and we now have outbursts only occasionally, whereas 6 months ago it was several per week!

Our child has learnt how to cope better with his big feelings and his whole mindset is shifting. We are no longer walking on those eggshells!!

Our family as a whole is definitely calmer and more relaxed. We are all feeling the benefits, especially our daughter (8 years) who would constantly feel nervous and anxious around our son, worrying how he was going to react next.

Overall this experience of working with Sarah has been a breath of fresh air and we’ve had first class service. Sarah’s drive and passion to help our child to be his best self has been unbelievable.

We all found Sarah friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. The fact that we also have a lifetime of audios to refer to when required was also a game changer for us.

When you add the whole package together; customised weekly meetings, WhatsApp access, Audio Course and check-ins, it really was the perfect plan for progress.

When life was busy, having Sarah to ask questions via WhatsApp was especially convenient. Sarah was very thorough and the feedback and advice was second to none.

Sarah also helped to guide me through how best to deal with a couple of situations with school staff and even offered to read through an email that I had drafted up. She was fully invested in our family and most importantly we never felt judged, only understood and supported.

We’d recommend her and her courses in a heartbeat.

Melanie and Daughter, UK (Support Package)

We came to Sarah for help with our Highly Sensitive daughter’s overwhelm and anxiety. We were attracted to working with her because she seemed very welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was so impressed with Sarah’s enthusiasm, knowledge and attention to detail. Much more information was given than I imagined and Sarah seems to really care and want to help your child.

My daughter understands herself so much better now and our family has benefitted as a whole, as we all understand why she feels the way she does and what she can do when these feelings happen.

Sarah's online parenting course which I also had access to was fantastic as well and I was surprised by how much I learnt.

Her personality really shines through while she is working with you and she genuinely wants to get to know you and your child. The support we received in-between sessions was absolutely amazing; she really does go above and beyond. It was wonderful for me and my daughter to know she was on hand to help and give advice when needed

I would tell anyone considering working with Sarah to absolutely do it; you won’t regret it.

Jo and Daughter, UK (Support Package)

We approached Sarah for some support with our daughter’s anxiety, homesickness and overthinking. She was initially recommended by a teacher at school. We liked that Sarah offered to speak to us first by phone to see if she was the best person to help. We’ve been working with her on and off for the past few years.

Seeing your child going through mental health issues is extremely hard, but Sarah is very approachable and has a quiet, calm manner, which was very reassuring for our child and ourselves.

With Sarah’s support our child has overcome much of her anxiety through very simple but effective methods. Age-appropriate activities were set to think about and complete between sessions, resulting in our daughter becoming much more confident.

She has also been able to challenge herself to set small goals and then achieve them, giving her lots of empowerment. After years of homesickness our daughter has since been on a school trip abroad and to sleepovers with friends, with no issues.

Our daughter has massively grown in self confidence and self esteem. Having Sarah's support has been invaluable. Knowing Sarah is there has been a comfort and extremely reassuring to know that things will improve.

I was surprised that what seem like huge issues can be managed and even resolved with very simple but effective techniques.

We would definitely recommend Sarah to other parents with children who struggle with anxiety/over thinking (we already have!). She is very honest and will not sign you up to sessions unless she feels she can help.

Sarah is approachable, empathetic and kind, and will be realistic in terms of what’s needed. She was always available to message and will endeavour to make the time for extra or ongoing sessions, if needed.

It was very important and reassuring to feel we can contact Sarah, even if after a long period of time has passed. A few years after our first sessions with Sarah, our daughter developed anxiety again in a different form. We contacted Sarah and she went above and beyond to help us once more.

Seeing the relationship between our daughter and Sarah has been one of my favourite aspects of the service; especially how trust has built up. We feel our daughter is in safe and caring hands.

Sophie and Liv (11)

Sarah was recommended to us and we took our daughter to see her for issues with sleep and anxiety. Sarah seemed to grasp the issue straight away and the journey we have been through with her has been brilliant.

There has been a huge improvement in our daughter's confidence, her sleeping on her own and managing a school trip to France! It’s been so lovely to see her confidence grow from giving her the tools she needed.

We have all benefited as a family as it has meant we haven't needed to lie with her to help her sleep, and the sessions have made me look at situations differently.

I would so recommend Sarah to others and have done so to other parents. You are giving your child tools to manage their emotions which is so worthwhile and the support in between sessions is very proactive.

We had a few blips throughout the journey, but Sarah sent our daughter some voice notes that really helped. Sarah never seemed to judge and was always very kind and caring in her approach. She gives valuable advice.

Thank you so much for helping us as a family and most importantly helping our daughter.

Natalie and Jake

Jake was a very very restricted eater. Wouldn't even talk about food or go anywhere near anything other than his safe foods. We wanted Jake to be able to eat with us and enjoy it.

From the moment I met Sarah I just knew she would be the one to help Jake. Her knowledge and how she spoke with Jake on the first meeting was truly inspiring. They both clicked and Jake opening up to Sarah in the first meeting blew my mind.

He has changed in so many ways, his confidence has grown massively and he seems so much happier in everyday life. Sarah is so supportive to us as a family and Jake always looks forward to the sessions.

Jake has achieved so so much…from a boy who would not talk about food, to a boy who helps prepare family meals!

Jake eating things outside of his comfort zone would not have been possible without Sarah. Meal times are now enjoyable and a positive experience

Support between sessions has been great, and the extra encouragement Sarah gave Jake when he needed it worked so well.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who was in need of her services as she is so friendly and with so much knowledgeable about how the mind works.

It's the best thing we have ever done and has been unbelievably mind blowing and heart-warming to see the bond he has with Sarah and see him change right in front of my eyes.

I would just like to say that I think Sarah is amazing and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for what she has done for Jake and us as a family.

Hannah and Eddie

Eddie (aged 9) was in a permanent state of anxiety due to a fear of being sick and getting a bug. He was washing his hands frequently until sore and he’d even stopped eating his evening meal.

Eddies loves being outdoors so the walk and talk aspect was perfect for him. Sarah has been super supportive and Eddie found her very easy to talk to.

Thanks to Sarah, Eddie is now eating in the evenings, no longer washing his hands until they are cracked and is a happier, calmer child.

The support in-between sessions was very useful and kept us on track. We especially loved Sarah’s suggestion to get a caterpillar kit to represent freeing himself from his fears (like pushing through a cocoon).

To our surprise they turned into butterflies at the perfect time!

We’ve also been given the tools to support Eddie as a highly sensitive child and would recommend Sarah to anyone with a child who is struggling.

Previously our child was a shadow of his former self, so as he’s become happier and calmer, so have we.

Sarah is an amazing Psychotherapist and Family Coach with a popular practice in Cheltenham, UK.

She also has some of the best parenting courses online and I would recommend Sarah to all parents of Highly Sensitive children. I don’t know of any other parenting courses that are quite so accessible or transformative.

Sarah’s warmth and knowledge shine through and her ability to provide expertise and clarity are second to none. I have referred several of my own clients to Sarah and her courses and will continue to do so.

She has also been an incredible support to me in my own journey in psychological coaching and I am very grateful for the guidance she has given me.

As a professional myself Sarah has advised me specifically on best practices for working with and giving support to children and parents, based on her years of experience and her always imaginative and effective approaches to getting the best out of clients.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Sarah and her online parenting courses to any parents looking to develop a deep connection with their highly sensitive children and help them master their emotions and soar with confidence. Sarah not only has a popular practice in Cheltenham, but she also works internationally, attracting clients from all over the world!

Lorna Denton BSc, DipHyp, Psychotherapist Cheltenham

Sarah has been a close colleague of mine for several years as part of the International Association for Evidence Based Psychotherapy. Her level of training, deep understanding of Psychology and her experience of many 1 to 1 clients in her practice in Cheltenham, has made her exceptional in her field as a Psychotherapist and Family Coach.

I've sought her advice and guidance many times over the years. She has a wonderful sense of intuition when working with parents and children, especially those who are highly sensitive.

As a person Sarah is warm, nurturing and supportive. She has a positive outlook on life and towards offering support for parents and children in particular. I would highly recommend her course to any parent out there who is feeling a bit overwhelmed or lost in terms of how to encourage their child to flourish and fulfil their potential. Sarah’s style is informative, insightful and really accessible. You will also learn a lot about yourself along the way!

Josephine, USA (Online Parenting Course)

I’m Josephine, wife, and mother of 3 little ones.

From the very start of the course there was so much value! ‌It has taught me so much about myself as a parent and I am finally able to identify what to do and what not to do to ensure my children have a healthier future.

I signed up because I wanted to make sure that my children grow up with a healthy state of mind and I wasn’t disappointed. There were so many great nuggets that have changed my parenting.

As a little girl, I dealt with a lot of anxiety, stress, and low self-worth, and I didn’t want my children growing up experiencing these things as well. I’m thrilled that my children are now navigating their emotions with confidence and greater self-esteem.

Ben, USA (Online Parenting Course)

Honestly, it’s impossible to sum up how incredibly soul-soothing this course is in a couple of sentences but I’m going to try anyway! Without a doubt, the material she presents has changed my worldview as a father. She opened a gateway into understanding how I could be a more present and forgiving Dad for my son. I could honestly want nothing more than for my son to feel safe , be heard, and have a sense of belonging. There’s no question that Sarah is a critical asset in achieving that for myself and my family. Thank you Sarah!

Kevin, Australia (Online Parenting Course)

I’m a Dad with two children and always looking for ways to help my children and to improve my parenting skills, especially in those difficult moments we all experience as parents of more challenging children! It was nice to find an online parenting course for dads as well as mums, as most classes seem tailored for just mums.

Learning and applying the material in this course has proven to be a very important step for us as a family. Sarah makes it so easy to implement and it has provided me with a whole new way to view and handle parenting, that has transformed my relationship with my emotionally intense daughter.

Family life is so much calmer and happier and it’s such a powerful feeling knowing I have the tools and insights to help my family flourish both now and in the future.

The more you put into this course, the more you’ll get out. Being accessible on my phone to use at any time is so helpful I really would be lost without it now!

I have already and will continue to recommend ‘A Safe Space To Land’ to other parents who are wanting to improve things with their emotionally challenging children . I’ve also been able to pass on some helpful information from the course to a friend experiencing difficulties with his son, which proved very helpful!

Heidi, USA: Online Parenting Course

This course is spectacular!! My husband and I listened to it and not only did it help us communicate better with our highly sensitive and neurodiverse child, it also helped us see our kiddo’s point of view more.

An added bonus I didn’t see coming is that our marriage has improved! This is due to our newfound understanding of ourselves and our family as a whole.

We were attracted to this course because Sarah genuinely takes into account the child’s perspective, which is frequently disregarded.

I will listen to the course material over and over as a constant reminder of keeping on track with it. It’s the focus on disciplining your thoughts and behaviors that are the real game-changers for me! Our family is the better for it.

I loved listening to her warm, professional and engaging sessions; it felt like I had my own personal parenting coach in my pocket! As well as being super informative, they are so well-paced and I found the format fit perfectly into my busy-mum-life.

I also loved applying the actions and turning these into real life experiences - Sarah's guidance and expert knowledge has made a real difference in so many family situations already. Thanks so much Sarah - life-changing stuff and can't recommend it enough.

Sarah was recommended by a friend who'd also received help with her child. It was one of the best recommendations that had been made to me.

Learning of my daughter’s high sensitivity has made sense of so many things that have happened in the past. We finally feel that we connect with and understand our daughter. It has also helped us hugely in the way in which we approach situations with her.

The techniques Sarah suggested and advice she has given have been invaluable, for both my daughter and myself, and has had a very positive effect on our outlook on life and how we deal with situations.

Apart from us, Sarah is the only other person my daughter has opened up to about her feelings. From the first session Sarah made my her feel completely at ease.

Her help and guidance has changed our lives and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Alfie, UK

During a pandemic whilst the world was on its knees, I embarked on a journey with Sarah which stood me back up on my own 2 feet again.

I knew that I needed to do something about the abundance of thoughts and emotions that I felt and what I needed to do was to seek clarity with a helping hand.

This was possible due to Sarah listening and understanding me better than I knew myself.

Due to Sarah’s expertise in the field, she quickly figured out that the way I deal with situations and how I think and conduct myself resonates with the High Sensitivity trait.

As soon as Sarah went into depth about the trait, I had my full trust in her as I knew she understood me fully.

As we worked on the HSP trait, even I was starting to understand myself and everything started to fall into place.

This whole process could’ve felt overwhelming but with the support and guidance that I received it was quite literally life changing.

When I reached out to Sarah I did not feel like a client, I was a friend. She was there for me at any point inbetween sessions when I needed to reach out.

Each session that I had was never repetitive or mundane. They were conducted to suit my needs with a structured plan and followed with a session review email which I could refer to as and when I needed (perfect for when I need a reminder when I need that small boost).

I learnt so much about myself and how to ‘own’ my emotions and my traits that I didn’t even know existed. This has changed my life for the better and will continue to for the rest of my life.

I am eternally grateful for Sarah helping me develop into the man I am today and I’m sure my family are too.

Alka Benawra, UK

I'm so glad that I found Sarah! I wanted to actively take control of my happiness and success but didn't know how to relinquish my limiting beliefs. Without realising it, I'd trained my mind to accept my circumstances, even though I wasn't completely happy with them.

I was sceptical about seeking a professional opinion as I’ve found some mindset coaches to be vague and unhelpful. Sarah, however, helped me to identify toxic thought patterns and then provided specific, actionable techniques to help me dismantle them. I used to tell myself that I could achieve anything, but not really believe it. Now, I’ve learnt to place happiness at the centre of my success and truly understand that I have complete control over my thoughts and actions.

Since receiving Sarah’s support, I now have the energy and focus for both my career and personal relationships.

Sarah also has an authenticity and warmth that I was immediately drawn to. I’m so glad that I was able to work with someone who not only has a wealth of experience but is so passionate about her clients and their mental well-being. From the moment that I began to work with her, I knew I’d struck gold and I would definitely recommend her to others.

Kelly and Son Charlie, Cheltenham

I took my nine-year-old son to see Sarah to help with his anxiety. Having a sensitive child there are more worries in life to deal with and I was recommended that Sarah might be able to equip my son with the tools to handle such worries.

Sarah made him feel at ease so he felt relaxed to be able to talk openly and welcomed the sessions. Sarah provided my son with techniques to use in everyday life to handle any worries and fears he may have.

Quite often my son tells me how he used Sarah’s technique to overcome a particular challenge he has had.

He found the sessions very beneficial and I would recommend Sarah to any parent who has a child that struggles with anxiety. Can I also add that I was able to join in the sessions with my son and found them very beneficial. The techniques really can be applied to anyone!

Joanne and Daughter, Cheltenham

Our then 11 year old daughter started seeing Sarah as she was finding being apart from us difficult and had started having panic attacks. After an initial phonecall and a short meeting where Sarah met our daughter, we agreed on her having 4 sessions.

Sarah’s manner is such that she put our daughter at ease straight away. Over the weeks they talked about feelings, how to deal with them, how to feel empowered and some relaxation techniques.

By the end of week 4 we had a folder of information and advice and our daughter had the tools to deal with her emotions and anxieties in a much better way.

A year on our daughter continues to use the techniques learned with Sarah and we can confidently say that her sessions helped enormously. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah.

We contacted Sarah to see if she could support our daughter, with a problem which was impacting more on her life than we were comfortable with. The initial meet and greet went well, reassuring my daughter that there was a solution. Sarah made her feel very at ease.

After Sarah gave my daughter specific tools to help herself, we saw immediate results. Not only are we well on the road to a better place with regards the problem we requested help for, but my daughter now understands that she can control the way that she is feeling.

Andrea and Ibrahim, Cheltenham

Sometimes Google can be your best friend. It certainly was the day I searched it for a way to help my eldest child. Google found Sarah! The best find ever!

Sarah was so lovely and calming. She works really well with children and adults alike. My original intention was for Sarah to work solely with my son to help relieve issues that were limiting his life experiences. But little did I know that I could learn some tools to help him too and I also spent some time with Sarah. So many things I had been unaware of, so many lighbulb moments.

I wasn’t sure how my son would respond but Sarah was amazing with him and he had total trust in her. It was lovely to watch him respond and open up to her.

Our experience with Sarah has been fantastic and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah will just ‘get’ your child and help them understand how to build a strong mindset. An all round fantastic experience which I am so pleased Google discovered.

Tristan Glover, Cheltenham

Sarah Weaver was recommended to me to help overcome lack of control and self-esteem in a specific area of my life. After my initial consultation I knew Sarah was going to be the answer.

tristan.jpg

Sarah carefully talked me through the process and guided me through the sessions. She was also available at all times via text or email and was always happy to help and offer advice. Sarah is a fabulous listener who truly wants to know the speaker..able to focus on my needs and expectations whilst making me aware of her interest in what I had to say – and how I was going to approach reaching my goals.

With her support I reached the goals which I hoped to achieve and now (two years on) life is still awesome! I still ask myself in situations "what would Sarah Say?!”.

Before meeting Sarah I felt powerless to make changes but she helped me find the control very quickly. As a result I am happier, calmer and able to use the tools which she has installed in me.

In my opinion everyone should indulge themselves in the Sarah Weaver experience!

Linda B

Sarah has been a wonderful gift at precisely the right time for me! I can now look forward to a positive future without the limits that I would have previously put upon myself. The feeling of freedom is empowering and I am now looking forward to some very exciting times ahead.

Helen

I sought help at a vulnerable time in my life. At each session I felt I could trust Sarah and the process. If I was having a ‘wobble’ Sarah was a text or call away. Sarah helped me to realise that I’m in control and has helped me to make some fundamental changes. I would recommend Sarah as the perfect person to assist you on your own journey.

Becky

I believe Sarah has given me real tools for life. I feel more positive and in control. Great experience.

Joy

The incredibly caring and professional guidance of Sarah, helped me recognise my personal traits that were holding me back, enabling me to reach my goals. Thank you Sarah!

Vinnie Jones

Sarah explains everything to you and puts you at ease the moment you step into the consulting room. I’m really proud of reaching my goals and I’ll always be grateful to Sarah, she’s a wonderful lady and you’ll find that it does change your life. Thank you Sarah.

Tracy Byrne

Immediately after my first session with Sarah I felt amazing. Sarah was really professional but so easy to talk to, and she had total faith in me which really helped. I found her voice to be so relaxing that I loved the time I spent listening to her recordings at home. It was not all plain sailing however, and I had a bit of a blip a couple of weeks in, Sarah was on hand to guide me through it, and thanks to her it really wasn’t the big deal it would have been before.

Going forward with the tools Sarah has given me I know that I have the mind set to reach my goals. I am so pleased that it was Sarah I turned to. Thank you Sarah, you have changed my life.

Sara Jones

I found Sarah through a Google search and on meeting her I found her to be warm, understanding and extremely professional. Through talking with me, she was able to capture the very essence of what I was struggling with and use that information in a positive manner. I, without hesitation, would and have recommended Sarah to anyone who requires a little assistance.

Jon

I genuinely found the whole experience of meeting my goals a breeze. No doubt due to my great desire to move forward, my belief in the programme and Sarah’s support and professionalism in harnessing that.

The power of words from a trusted other can be an incredibly powerful thing. It’s been bizzarely easy actually.I’ve never experienced something like this before; I have power to vanquish negative thoughts and beliefs! I am concious of new energy appearing and I seem to be settling into a new rhythm.

Becky

After seeing Sarah (lovely and knowledgable coach) everything started to change. Sarah’s self-development training offers you tools and tactics to look at the world in a more powerful and positive way. It’s not a quick fix-it requires work and dedication and even some homework. But it works. I am not only over my problems but also understand myself better. I would highly recommend.

Alix

Even though I had to wait a few weeks to see Sarah just knowing the appointment was booked was a huge relief and I felt very encourged. The first sesison was really insightful and I instantly learned a lot about how my unhelpful thinking styles/beliefs were keeping me stuck. This I could change, I had the power. Just realising this gave me a huge boost. Each week I would get some homework to do between sessions. Sarah was on hand via text or email throughout for support. This was a great benefit at keeping me going. Sarah has helped me enormously.
